The best defense is a designated driver. 🏈
Winning the Super Bowl is great, but getting home to your family is the real victory.

Don't let aggressive driving pack a punch you can't recover from. The faster you go, the harder the impact.

📣 Super Bowl Sunday Safety Alert! 🏈🚗

❄️ Winter Night Driving Tips for Older Adults ❄️
As the days get shorter and the temperatures drop, driving at night can become more challenging — especially in winter. Here are a few simple ways to stay safe on the road:

🌙 1. Limit Night Driving When Possible
Winter nights can be darker and harder to navigate. If you can, plan errands and appointments during daylight hours.

🧊 2. Watch for Ice — Especially Black Ice
Roads may look clear but still be slick. Drive slowly, keep extra distance, and avoid sudden braking.

👓 3. Check Your Vision
Glare from headlights and streetlights gets worse in winter. Make sure your glasses are up-to-date and keep your windshield clean inside and out.

🚗 4. Keep Your Car Winter-Ready
Good tires, working headlights, and a topped-off windshield washer fluid can make a huge difference.

📱 5. Carry a Fully Charged Phone
Just in case you need help. A small emergency kit (blanket, flashlight, snacks) is also a lifesaver in cold weather.

🛣️ 6. Take It Slow & Drive Defensively
Winter roads can surprise even the most experienced drivers. Give yourself extra time and space.

Stay safe, stay warm, and take care of yourself this winter! ❄️💙
