🏆❤️ What an incredible ending to
the 2026 IRTA Convention!

Saturday night’s Awards Dinner was one of those special evenings that reminds us what the International Reciprocal Trade Association is really about — not only an industry, but a community of people who have spent years building businesses, supporting one another and helping barter and reciprocal trade continue to grow and evolve.

Throughout the evening, we had the privilege of recognizing so many outstanding individuals for their leadership, innovation, years of dedicated service and contributions to our industry.

🌟 One of the most special moments of the evening was the induction of Mary Ellen Rosinski of TradeSource into the IRTA Hall of Fame! 🌟

Mary Ellen’s years of dedication and contribution to the barter industry have earned her a place among those who have made a lasting impact on our profession. Congratulations, Mary Ellen, on this tremendous and very well-deserved honor! 🏆👏

This year’s convention has been filled with learning, collaboration, new ideas, new tools and technology, and countless conversations about how we can continue making our exchanges stronger. Everyone leaves with renewed energy and new ways to create opportunities and provide even greater value to the members and businesses we serve.

🥂 What an incredible start to the 2026 IRTA Convention in Breckenridge!

Last night’s cocktail reception in the Imperial Ballroom at Beaver Run Resort brought together barter exchange owners, brokers and industry professionals from across the U.S. and around the world for an evening of networking, reconnecting and making valuable new connections.

And judging by the conversations happening throughout the room, this was much more than a social gathering! Ideas were being exchanged, challenges and opportunities discussed, and new relationships formed. This kind of collaboration and relationship-building is at the heart of what IRTA and our annual convention are all about.

Attendees also had the opportunity to meet our keynote speaker, Dallin Cooper, who kicks off today’s program with Industry & IRTA Through Collaborative Problem Solving — an especially fitting topic following an evening filled with collaboration and conversation.

Today we move into a full day of learning, sharing and working together, including our IRTA Annual Business Meeting and afternoon seminars and breakout sessions covering industry innovation, management strategies and broker development.
A fantastic beginning — and there is so much more ahead! 🏔️🌎🤝
