My Grandmother's Keeper is thrilled to team up with the amazing organization Missionary Outreach to make a difference in the lives of our beloved seniors! ❤️ Thanks to the generous donation from Higher Purpose Learning LLC, we're organizing a special event at the senior residential community.

🍲 Our aim is to provide a delightful experience for the seniors by sharing a hearty meal, playing games together, and giving out fabulous prizes! 🎁 It's all about cherishing their contributions and showing them the love they truly deserve.

We're grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with organizations close to our hearts, working hand in hand to support our cherished senior citizens. Let's come together and make this event a memorable one! 🤗

We are the founding Members of the Nonprofit Organization called My Grandmother's Keeper. Mrs. Irene Picot and Keaun Barrett are a inseparable grandmother and grandson duo with a common mission to serve those less fortunate. Mr. Keaun Barrett owns and operates a full service Tutoring Business called Higher Purpose Learning LLC that targets students from all ages with limited resources. His business gives everyone the equal opportunity to obtain high quality tutoring services from the best and the brightest teachers/tutors. His humble upbringing has inspired him reach new heights and expand his outreach to others with similar stories.

His grandmother is one of his most cherished inspirations and takes every opportunity to uplift him and pray for his prosperity and well being. She is his #1 fan and has proven that she will support any of his endeavors. She puts a smile on everyone that she touches and is active in her church community in addition to a community center that provides activities for senior citizens.

They talk everyday and after a very enlightening conversation, Mrs. Irene proposed an initiative to provide care packages to seniors that have a difficult time managing their day to day care. These care packages will include a variety of necessities and healthy snacks to let the seniors know we care. They paved the way for me and others to be where we are today. They changed our diapers, nursed our wounds, wiped our tears, and defended our honor. It is time that we pay back all the hard work they did to ensure we had a smile on faces. I challenge youth and adults alike to serve as Keepers of our Grandparents and seniors that may just need someone to talk to.
