Dear Brothers of Pi Gamma Chapter and the Pure Gold Alumni Chapter,

Happy Founders Day to each of you! As we come together to celebrate this significant day in the life of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., let us take a moment to reflect on the legacy of our Founders—men whose vision, strength, and commitment laid the foundation for the great brotherhood we enjoy today.
This day not only serves as a time of reflection but also as a moment of renewal—a renewal of our commitment to live our creed and embody the principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift. It is a time to remember that our actions, both as individual brothers and as a collective body, are a direct continuation of the work and sacrifices made by those who came before us.

As members of Pi Gamma Chapter and the Pure Gold Alumni Chapter, we carry forward this rich tradition of excellence. We stand on the shoulders of giants, and it is our responsibility to honor their legacy by continuing to uphold the values that have made Omega Psi Phi a beacon of pride, service, and brotherhood.

We must also remember that today is not only about reflection but about looking forward to the future. Let us advocate for the accomplishments of our current undergraduate members—those young men of Pi Gamma who are carrying the torch forward. They, too, will one day be part of the fraternity's legacy. We must ensure that they are equipped with the resources, support, and encouragement to achieve greatness and build upon the foundation we’ve laid.
As brothers of Omega Psi Phi, it is our duty to continue advocating for the future of our beloved fraternity—both for those who are here today and for those who will come tomorrow. Whether through mentorship, support, or advocacy, let us be a guiding light for our future brothers, and for the generations that follow.

Happy Founders Day once again and may we continue to honor the legacy of our fraternity’s founders through our actions, our service, and our brotherhood.
