We are excited to share that A Place to Grow Childcare and Early Education Services, Inc. has been added to The Portland Foundation’s Early Scholarship Program!

This pilot program expands access to high-quality early childhood education for local families by offering need-based scholarships for children enrolled at Westminster Preschool - Portland and A Place to Grow.

By helping offset tuition costs, these scholarships make early learning more accessible for families facing financial barriers. Awards are determined on a sliding scale based on the Federal Poverty Level, allowing assistance to reflect each family’s level of need.

The 2026/2027 Early Learning Scholarship Application is now available at www.portlandfoundation.org under Applications & Deadlines.
