We have have a special election Wednesday, 5/29. Polls will be open 11 am-6 pm.
This is for the 1 year Trustee.
If you are on the ballot you are only allowed to be in the club to cast your vote.
We will swear in all new officers following the vote. If you are on the ballot please be aware that you will need to be sworn in if you win election when the other officers are.

Just a reminder: The poll is only for voting.
NO members are to be at the table except the ones who are working the polls or voting.

Just a reminder that we will be holding our election for officers Wednesday, May 8th.
You can cast your vote from 1:00-6:00 pm.
If you are on the ballot you can only be in the lodge to vote. After the polls close you can come in to the lodge.
Officer meeting will be at 6:00 pm.
The lodge meeting will start once the ballots are counted.

May 1st at 6:00 pm there will be a special lodge meeting concerning the nominations of trustees. We will also be nominating a trustee to finish out a 2 year term, that has one year left to serve.
(If you would like to be nominated you will need to either be here or have a letter accepting nomination turned into Secretary)

The rules of the meeting were set tonight on how this meeting will be ran.

This will start at 6 sharp, once the meeting has started the door will be closed on meeting.

Thank you to all the members that came out today! We served around 50 pds of food!! We couldn’t do what we do without all Of you! Mountain Dew boys will be rocking the house till 11:00

Next Saturday 4/20/24 is our annual membership appreciation day! This year we will be having a free taco/nacho bar 11-5 A bowling tournament starting at 3:30 followed by the Mountain Dew boys 7-11
