Join us at JCC for A Matter Of Balance class hosted by Life Stream. An 8-week program that emphasizes practical strategies to reduce fear of falling and increase activity levels. The class starts Jan. 20th @ 11 am -12:30 pm and ends March 20th. Life Stream meal will be available but requires sign-up by Jan 14th.
