Our plans for the coming session of Yogabhyasam to be held on May 23, 2026:
- Dhyana Slokam
Mudras for Health:
- Merudand Mudra (helpful in cervical spondylitis, radiating pain in hands, sciatica pain numbness etc..
- Vayu Mudra along with special practice to help in cervical spondylitis
- Another unique excercise to help in shoulder pain including cervical spondylitis
Yogabhyas:
1. Sookshma Vyayamam
2. Ardha Kati Chakra
3. Complete Soorya Namaskaram (Soorya Namaskara Mantram is shared in KHNA’ s Group: Yoga for Healthy Living)
- Pranayama:
Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, Bahya, Anulom Vilom, (Ujjai omitted), Bhramari, Chandra bhedi (*) & Udgeeth ie Aum (duration & items adjusted according to time available)
- Dhyanam/Meditation
- Concluding Slokam
(*) One should avoid or minimize this practice if the practitioner is dealing with colds, congestion, low blood pressure, or during the winter
