This page, Help Jack Give Back, was created as a way for Jack Moser and his family to give back to a community that rallied around sweet Jack after a horrible accident in July 2020. We will be forever grateful for the amount of support and prayers that we received and now that Jack is on his journey to recovery, we want to give back! We will be organizing blood drives, collecting donations for chi
ldren and families at Primary Children's Hospital and any other opportunities along the way that provide us with a way to help those in need. If you are new to Jack's journey, here's his story:
On July 20, 2020, 5 year old Jack, his brother Max, and his mom Amber were riding their bikes around a campground in Island Park. They saw a truck pulling a 5th wheel trailer approaching and pulled off to the side of the road. Unfortunately, Jack lost his footing and tipped over right as the trailer was passing and ran him over. In the next few hours, Jack received 11 units of blood and blood products that kept him alive until he could make it to Primary Children's Hospital, where he would spend the next 74 days undergoing countless surgeries and blood transfusions. Today, Jack still has a long road to recovery but he is the strongest, sweetest and most caring little boy you'll ever meet.
