Meet Sam L.!

Sam joined BIND Plano on February 18th, 2026. His first impression of the clubhouse was that it seemed like a friendly environment that he could give back to and draw from in his daily life. His favorite unit is Kitchen and Maintenance. His one wish is that the tomato and basil seeds that he planted in the BIND garden with Yvette would grow.

His favorite..

Food- Cheeseburgers
Dessert-strawberry cheesecake
Hobby- Writing music like symphonies. One I just finished describes places in Plano I consider to be sanctuaries I’ve discovered in my life. Of which BIND is the finale.
Sports/team- The New York Mets
Color-Zima Blue, a light winter blue, I found solace in after my TBI
Song/genre- indie rock like Majestic by Wax Fang, and Victory Dance by My Morning Jacket.
Movie-Blazing Saddles
