In honor of national smile day, we want to take a moment to recognize Maeve. This spring, our youth explored photography as a powerful form of self-expression through a Gold Award project led by a senior-level Girl Scout from a local troop.

Participants learned photography skills while using their creativity to share their stories, perspectives, and experiences.

Our S.T.E.M Corner has grown a lot over the last decade, from a couple boxes of LEGOS to shelves stacked with S.T.E.M supplies and tools for experiments. Growing our environment, and growing our minds 🧠

May is all about growth and renewal—take a few minutes each day to pause, breathe, and check in with yourself. Encourage yourself or your teen to try a simple mindfulness practice: journaling, deep breathing, or a short walk outside.

Tip: Pair mindfulness with nature—spending time outdoors can boost mood, reduce stress, and spark creativity.
