By taking the time to truly understand each adopter’s lifestyle and guiding them through personalized matching, you make the process approachable, especially for first-time dog adopters. 🐶🥰

William came in looking for one specific dog. But after talking with our outcomes team, they suggested that pup might not be the best fit for his lifestyle.
Instead, they introduced him to Salud 🥰
