♻️ Did you know the Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival is a zero waste festival? 🗑️

Thanks to generous support from Colcom Foundation and Bronco Wild Fund, PCT is able to partner with Green Gears to greatly reduce the amount of waste from the Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival that went to landfills. Green Gears manages the sorting of waste to ensure it all goes to its proper place!

In addition to recycling stations, Colcom also sponsors a bike valet at the festival that encourages people to reduce their carbon footprint and vendors in the food court are encouraged to use compostable utensils and serving containers rather than plastic or Styrofoam.

Last night’s Tony Awards reminded us just how connected Pittsburgh is to the best of Broadway—past, present, and future. ✨

From Caissie Levy, who took home Best Leading Actress in a Musical and will join us in our Cabaret Series in February 2027, to familiar faces like Brian Stokes Mitchell (performed at our 2021 Gala) and Laura Benanti (Cabaret Series, October 2024) lighting up the stage as presenters, the Cultural District is never far from the spotlight.

And looking ahead, Tony-winner Michael Arden, honored for The Lost Boys, brings his direction to Maybe Happy Ending in our Broadway Series this December.
