Today, Per Scholas announced that Caitlyn Brazill will become our CEO and President on January 1, 2027, succeeding CEO Plinio Ayala after 28 years of leadership.

The world of work is changing rapidly, and so is how we prepare people for it—from AI-enabled learning and new pathways to stronger employer connections and innovative ways for learners and alumni to keep advancing.

Caitlyn has helped lead much of this evolution over nearly a decade in senior leadership at Per Scholas.

On Friday we hosted another successful Bytes & Bonds Networking Event! Our current learners have a chance to network with alumni, community partners, and potential future learners. We also host alumni guest speakers for a panel. This month Christopher Green (2025-PIT-08) and Antoine Lewis (2025-PIT-06) talked about Navigating the Job Search in the Tech field. We’re thankful for all the folks who made this event successful 🎉
