🐄 2026 Northeast Livestock Show | Sept. 26–27

The Northeast Livestock Show (NELS) is celebrating 91 years of this great 4-H tradition!

📅 September 26–27, 2026
📍 Morrison County Fairgrounds, Little Falls

The two-day format returns this year:
🐴 Saturday: Showmanship classes
🐮 Sunday: General classes

The weekend will also include social activities, games, a scavenger hunt and an interactive educational activity for youth.

🏨 Planning to attend? Families are encouraged to book lodging early. Hotel room blocks will not be available this year due to high demand. Camping will also be available onsite, with details coming later.

🏕️ Last Chance to Register!

There’s still time to register for All Abilities Family 4-H Camp, happening September 18–20 at True Friends Camp Eden Wood in Eden Prairie!

This overnight family camp is designed for youth with disabilities and their families, with a weekend of outdoor activities, new friendships and opportunities to build independence.

👥 Youth in grades 3 through one year beyond high school are welcome.
💲 Youth: $175 | Parent/caregiver: $75
💙 Scholarships are available.

⏰ Registration and payment are due TOMORROW, September 4!

Youth must be enrolled in 4-H to register through the Events section of 4-H Online.

The Minnesota State Fair Livestock Encampment weekend concluded on Sunday afternoon. Let's celebrate our Cass County 4-H'ers and their Animal Science Projects! Congratulations to all for your hard work, dedication, and just being fantastic youth!! Want to hear 4-H’ers share what they’ve learned through their projects? Check out the Minnesota 4-H State Fair Project Talks in the 4-H Building!

Youth will join Minnesota 4-H State Ambassadors on stage to talk about the projects they brought to the State Fair and share what they’ve learned along the way.
