Hope Women's Center - Arizona No woman should face a crisis alone.

Hope Women's Center exists to engage, encourage and equip vulnerable women and teen girls by providing support for their spiritual, physical and emotional needs. Hope Women’s Center (Apache Junction, Coolidge, Phoenix, West Valley & Maricopa) serves women and teen girls facing any difficult life situation. Whether faced with drug/alcohol addiction, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, unplanned pregnancy

, unemployment, prostitution, homelessness or family conflict, trained mentors and teachers are available to provide assistance, encouragement and support. The mission of Hope Women’s Center is to engage, encourage and equip vulnerable women and adolescent girls by providing support for their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. We offer a wholistic approach to the hurts of life by addressing each facet of a woman and providing her with tools and resources to discover how truly extraordinary she was made to be. Partnerships with other area service organizations allow Hope Women’s Center to help each woman access the necessary resources in order to offer hope and healing. Our four centers are located in Apache Junction, Phoenix, the West Valley and Coolidge, Arizona, with a 5th Center planned for Maricopa.

Diana shared the reason behind coming to Hope Women’s Center.

“I came to Arizona to be closer to my daughter. I was struggling with some serious health issues and felt very frustrated. I just felt lost, and I didn’t know where to turn. So, I came here, in hopes of being closer to her. My daughter knew I was struggling, and said to me, ‘Come with me to my class at Hope. They have mentors and support there. They will help you.’

I went, and she was right. It has been such a gift to me – we’re already getting closer just by attending the classes together. Our relationship, and how we care for her children together, it’s all different now. It’s better. I realized that we have the power to change how we pass things onto the next generation.

And it only took me until 66 years old to realize this! I am learning new things and changing now because of them. It’s never too late.

I honestly can’t wait to wake up each day. It’s an amazing feeling. Because I know I have support. The community I’ve found at Hope has helped me to feel accepted. I don’t live in fear anymore.”

It’s never too late to experience healing, hope and transformation. Visit hopewomenscenter.org to find a center closest to you.

Hope Women’s Center is reaching more women and teen girls because of faithful supporters who keep showing up to help those in crisis.

Every class, mentoring session, counseling appointment, and resource is made possible through people who believe women and teen girls should not face a crisis alone.

One of our faithful supporters shared:

“We support Hope Women’s Center because they walk alongside women while providing practical help to keep families together and safe.”

Change happens when a community chooses to walk alongside women in their hardest seasons. We are so grateful for every donor, volunteer, supporter, and community partner who make this work possible each and every day.

“See Mom, I told you we would both like it here.”

One of our teen clients, Tara, encouraged her mom to come with her to one of our centers. Her mom, who is currently out of work, asked our staff, “What does this cost to come here? Is it really free?”

Yes. All of our programs and services at Hope are completely free.

Sometimes women don't ask for help because they think they can't afford it. But support should never be out of reach because of cost. Every woman and teen girl deserves access to resources, counseling, community, and hope when life feels overwhelming.

Hope Women's Center serves women and teen girls ages 13+ across Arizona because no woman or teen girl should face a crisis alone.

Thank you to FOX 10 Phoenix for inviting Hope Women's Center to share how we're supporting women and moms during Arizona's summer heat.

As summer temperatures rise, Hope Women’s Center is a safe, cool place where women can get help with support and material resources like food, toiletries, and clothing. For single moms, summer can be especially challenging as they care for their children while school is out. That's why we offer free childcare during our programs, so women can focus on getting the support and resources they need.

“This place is what encourages me to keep going when things seem overwhelming. I love you and I love it here so much. It feels like coming home.”

One of our long-time clients, Gina, shared these words after a mentoring session at Hope Women’s Center.

More women like Gina are coming to Hope looking for safety, support, and a reminder that they are not alone.

Summer in Arizona can be difficult for anyone. But for women already facing a crisis, the stress of triple-digit heat can make everyday life feel even more overwhelming.

As we prepare for summer temperatures, we are collecting important items for women and families across all Hope Women’s Center locations and Hope on the Road sites.

Most-needed items:

-Deodorant
-Bottled Water
-Electrolyte Drinks
-Sunscreen
-Body Wash
-Cooling Towels

Your support helps women and families stay safe during Arizona’s most difficult summer months.

Donated items can be dropped off at any Hope Women’s Center location or purchased through our Amazon Wish List : https://www.amazon.com/registries/gl/guest-view/D2JDE1VVBL2D

We met Nadine at a local library, tired and scared.

She was trapped in an abusive relationship along with her children, living with a partner who controlled her life. The library was the one place she could find relief and safety.

There, Nadine realized she could receive the support she needed.

Every week, she came back to the library and met with our Hope on the Road staff. Together, they created a safety plan for her and her children.

Pushing back her fear, Nadine courageously left her abusive situation and began taking steps toward stability and freedom.

Last year, nearly 6,000 women who could not access one of our physical centers came to a Hope on the Road site for free services.

Nadine’s story is a reminder of why communities need easily accessible support. When women can safely connect with important resources in their own neighborhoods, lives and families change.

No woman should face a crisis alone.
