Our special PLAN TO GIVE lunchtime presentation speaker is Connor Green, Director of Helping Hands Charitable, where he leads the Corporate Assistance Program, partnering with employers nationwide to provide tax-free financial assistance to employees facing unexpected hardships.

Connor joined the A Greater Way To Give family of organizations in 2019 and became a full-time Helping Hands Charitable Coordinator in 2022 before being named Director in 2026.

Originally from Georgia, Connor attended Palm Beach Atlantic University. His passion for serving others led him to work with Hope4Communities and establish a nonprofit supporting communities in Jamaica before returning to nonprofit leadership.

Connor is passionate about helping organizations care for their people with compassion and integrity. Outside of work, he enjoys serving his community, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the University of Miami Hurricanes.
