A New Chance at Justice for Massachusetts Survivors:
The House has already passed this. It's called Amendment 110, attached to Senate Bill 3141 and House Bill 5630. If it becomes law, survivors whose deadline has already passed get a two-year window to file a claim, starting the day the law takes effect.

The bill is now with a small committee of six lawmakers, three from the House and three from the Senate. They're deciding on the final language this week. They can keep the two-year window in the bill, or they can take it out.
