We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of the legendary Dr. Minnie Moore Johnson. We were fortunate enough to have been some of the many mentored by her amazing leadership and be a part of a few of her over 60year thanksgiving drives for the community as well as get to play the dedication of a street being named after her! Dr. Minnie Moore Johnson’s legacy of love is everywhere in our city and our lives would not be what they are without her legacy of compassion and care! She is truly one of the most brilliant and game changing people we have ever met and we are deeply grateful for everything she poured into others! This world is a vastly better place for you and we are honored to get to play a celebration of your life this weekend!

The Third Annual Philly Youth Music Fest is coming to Spruce Street
Harbor Park on July 19th from 2PM–8PM — and we’re looking for THIS
YEAR’S OFFICIAL FEST LOGO 👀🔥

Hosted in partnership with the City of Philadelphia Department of
Commerce and over 30 community-based and music organizations across
the city, Philly Youth Music Fest is a yearly celebration of the
incredible talent, creativity, and leadership of young people
throughout Philadelphia.

We want YOU to create a logo that represents what Philly Youth Music
Fest means to you. Any art medium is welcome — digital art, drawing,
painting, graphic design, mixed media, and more.

🏆 WINNER RECEIVES:
• $500 Prize
• Your design featured on official Philly Youth Music Fest merch + swag
• Recognition during the festival on July 19th

ELIGIBILITY:
• Philadelphia residents ages 10–24
• Anyone under 18 must submit a parent/guardian consent form

🎵 ONLY REQUIREMENT:
Include “Philly Youth Music Fest” somewhere in your design.

📅 IMPORTANT DATES:

WE’RE BACK.
The 3rd Annual Philly Youth Music Fest is officially happening on July 19th from 2PM–8PM at Spruce Street Harbor Park!

We could not be more grateful for every venue, partner, family and amazing young artist and leader who has helped build this to be a city wide celebration that our youth deserve!

Our city is full of such incredible young people and we are grateful that on July 19th our whole community can come together to celebrate not just their artistry but their leadership and what they mean in our city!

This year, over 30 community-based organizations and youth music organizations from across Philadelphia will come together for a full day of performances, workshops, art, community resources, and celebration.

Philadelphia has some of the most talented, creative, strong and inspiring young people anywhere in the world — and this day we get to celebrate them.

Free and open to the public. More announcements coming soon!
