Xiente Xiente is a community organization based in Philadelphia. Xiente's mission is to transform communities by empowering individuals to achieve social mobility.

Xiente (formerly Norris Square Community Alliance) is a community development corporation founded in 1983 by a group of community resident who desired to take control of their neighborhood and provide a healthy and safe environment for their children.

Xiente is seeking qualified instructor consultants for two hands-on HBI PACT training opportunities:
🛠️ Carpentry Instructor Consultant — $50/hour
🌱 Green Building Instructor Consultant — $50/hour
 
We are looking for experienced professionals who can help participants build practical, job-ready construction skills. Selected consultants must provide proof of general liability insurance and complete all required background checks and clearances.
