Dreams really do come true. ✨

If someone had told me years ago that I would one day be speaking at this venue, I probably would have smiled… but deep down, I would have never imagined it.

Life has a way of stretching you beyond what you thought was possible.

I am honored and humbled to share that I will be one of the featured speakers at the Coalition of Non-Profits Health & Help Expo on June 20th at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

This moment is bigger than a speaking engagement for me. It is a reminder that faith, resilience, hard work, and showing up consistently really does matter.

Every new skill you learn becomes another tool that can open doors, create opportunities, and help you grow personally and professionally.

…about last night.

Something shifts when you level up the rooms you’re in.

The conversations feel different.
The energy feels different.
The opportunities feel different.

Last night at the Philly Opener of Philly250 was one of those moments hosted at the Independence Hall Visitor Center.

What an incredible time connecting with the Philly250 Phambassadors and celebrating alongside so many amazing leaders while honoring Governor Josh Shapiro.

These are the rooms that remind you why relationships matter. Why proximity matters. Why being intentional about where you show up matters. It was a fun filled night with music, tons of food and lots of laughter.

Growth is not just about what you know.
It’s also about who you’re growing around. It was great seeing some familiar faces in the room.

Grateful for the connections, the conversations, and the continued opportunity to represent PWNC in spaces that matter.

When we say that we Empower women, we just don’t “talk the talk we walk the walk”.

Sometimes you don’t realize how far your words can travel until someone reminds you.

A conversation from years ago. A seed planted. A business continued. A purpose strengthened.

This testimonial means a lot because it reminds me why I do this work, to empower women, create meaningful connections, and help others embrace the future with confidence, especially through AI and entrepreneurship.

Over 30 years ago, I started in the medical field and later went back to school to earn my AAS degree in Nursing.

For more than 10 years, I battled chronic inflammation in my body. Like many people, the solution offered to me was more medication. For 8 of those years, I was placed on a medication that came with its own challenges. But through it all, no one was really helping me explore what could be contributing to the issue at the root.

After dealing with joint pain, cold sores, brain fog, and intense hot flashes, I knew I had to explore other options to support my wellness.

A few weeks ago, I was introduced to a wellness company in Norway offering natural nutritional products, including Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils and a blue nutritional drink designed to support balance in the body.

Honestly, I was skeptical.
But after almost 3 weeks, I can say I feel better. My sleep has improved, my mind feels clearer, and I’m noticing positive changes in how I feel overall.

I stopped taking my previous medication three months ago, and I’m looking forward to my upcoming bloodwork to better understand what’s changing.
This is my personal journey, and I’m excited to see where it leads.

I started in the medical industry over 30 years ago and went back to school and graduated with a AAS degree in Nursing. Like most people I suffered with inflammation in my body for over 10 years, the Doctors only course of treatment was to put me on cancer medication for 8 of those 10 years now mind you, they never looked at the root of this problem, only bloodwork and more medication. After countless joint pain, cold sores and increased hot flashes I knew there had to be a better way. Someone told me about this company in Norway that offer natural products and had Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils that can help get your body back into balance along with the blue drink you see above.

I didn’t want to believe it, so I said what do I have to loose. I’ve been taking both for going on 3 weeks now and I have to say I feel better, I’m starting to look better, my brain fog is decreasing and I can sleep better at night. I stopped taking that cancer medicine almost three months ago. I’ll be taking blood work pretty soon and I can’t wait to share my before and free these products results.
