The Rental Improvement Fund (RIF) is designed to support property owners in making critical repairs and upgrades — helping improve housing quality, stabilize blocks, and strengthen our neighborhood from the inside out.

Now, a pilot program is launching specifically in East Parkside, creating a unique opportunity for eligible property owners to access support that can lead to safer, healthier, and more sustainable homes in our community.

Check out the new Playful Learning installation in front of our future headquarters! We have encountered some setbacks in the development process but we are determined to achieve our goals and complete the mission. This creative and innovative project was conceived with and , along with the input of East Parkside Residents Association, and the support of . The installation invites the community to interact with the space in a fun way while we are under construction 🔨👷‍♂️🔩 and adds some ✨beauty✨ to the neighborhood. We need the help of caring donors to complete our work.
