Manna will continue to share community resources in the days and weeks to come as Northwest Florida recovers from the storm. Please continue to refer to the Escambia County Emergency Management and Santa Rosa County Emergency Management pages, or call 211 Northwest Florida for more information.

Santa Rosa County is establishing disaster recovery assistance for eligible homeowners whose homes were damaged by Hurricane Isaias. The County is coordinating with the State regarding available funding and program requirements to assist residents with eligible disaster-related housing needs.

Potential assistance may include eligible home repairs, such as roof replacement, electrical mast repairs or replacement, tree and debris removal, and relocation assistance for qualifying households. All assistance will be subject to program eligibility requirements, available funding, and final program guidelines.

Who May Qualify?
Residents experiencing housing damage or displacement due to Hurricane Isaias are encouraged to review the eligibility requirements and income limits posted on the County's Housing Programs webpage before contacting the Housing Office. (https://www.santarosa.fl.gov/1200/Disaster-Recovery-Assistance)

To help streamline the process, residents who believe they meet the preliminary eligibility requirements should email the Housing Office at [email protected] and include the following information:
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- The type of disaster-related assistance needed.
- Total household size.
- Total annual household income.

This information will help staff conduct an initial review and prioritize follow-up with households that appear to meet the preliminary eligibility criteria.

Please note: Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee eligibility or approval for assistance.

Stay Informed
Residents are encouraged to visit the Santa Rosa County Housing Programs webpage for eligibility information and future program updates. (https://www.santarosa.fl.gov/341/Housing-Programs)

Please review the posted requirements before submitting an inquiry. This will help ensure that staff can focus on households that may qualify for assistance as the County continues its disaster recovery efforts.
