We offer Learn-to-Row programs, junior and adult rowing, recreation, fitness, and competitive opportunities for all experience levels. Did you know Pensacola Rowing Club is the only rowing club in the 400-mile stretch between Tallahassee and New Orleans?

From our boathouse at Bayview Community Center in Pensacola, PRC provides athletes of all experience levels equipment, instruction, coaching, and opportunities to compete in a safe and supportive environment. Along the way, our rowers learn resilience, teamwork, leadership, self-discipline, and so much more.

If you have ever enjoyed watching our boats along the Bayou or are interested in rowing for all the positive effects it has on our community, please consider a gift to support us.

• Maintain and replace boats, oars, rowing machines, and safety equipment
• Provide quality coaching and training

This week's weather has been ideal for our continued efforts in keeping our beach and boathouse clean and making it a great place for everyone to enjoy.

This week junior rowers canvassed the beach, docks, and surrounding areas, picking up trash in what has been an ongoing effort with the City of Pensacola to beautify Bayview Park! On Saturday, we expanded our efforts and worked on the boathouse as well. Thanks to everyone who came out to help!

Meet Two Future Olympians!

Join us Saturday, August 29, 10:30–11:30 AM at the PRC Boathouse at Bayview Park to meet 2028 Olympic hopefuls Paige Wheler and Caleb Nollenberger.

Paige recently won the Champion Single at the Canadian Henley and raced her first national trial in a PRC uni.

Caleb was a member of the 2025 Senior U.S. National Team, competing at the World Cup in Lucerne, Switzerland.

Come meet these incredible athletes and hear about their journeys!

Last weekend, we had a wonderful Parent Learn to Row event. Our junior rowers taught their parents the basics of crew and had a blast while doing it!

The Pensacola Rowing Club juniors had an excellent showing this weekend at the 29th Halifax Summer Regatta this past weekend! Results are below!

We were especially excited to have several novice rowers from our summer Learn to Row classes competing, with some racing in their very first events and even earning medals.

A huge thank you to Coach Tim White, all of our parents, the City of Pensacola Parks & Recreation Department, and the staff at Bayview Park for supporting the continued growth of the PRC program.

If you have a child between the ages of 12 and 17 who is interested in rowing, we’d love to have them join us! Visit our website for registration information. We still have one more Learn to Row session this summer!

You have to eat anyway, now you don't have to worry about dinner! 😁

Save the date! On Thursday July 9th, all purchases made between 4-8 pm at Panera Bread on 9th and Bayou in Pensacola will help support PRC. So go grab a salad, a sandwich, or some soup (or a combo of those) and help out our Club!
