This past Friday, we celebrated the third and final home dedication and closing for our special Blueprint to Homeownership partnership with City of Pensacola - Government and Home Builders Association of West Florida! This wonderful new homeowner works in our community as a teacher, and thanks to this special opportunity, she has purchased a home in city limits that would've otherwise been out of reach for her and homebuyers like her. Not only is it affordable to her, but thanks to our Community Land Trust, it will REMAIN affordable forever!

Sign up now for our HUD-approved 8-hour Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Course! This month's course will be on Saturday, June 13, from 8 am to 4 pm. This course will provide you with all the information you need during the homebuying and closing process. Anyone who is looking to buy a home can join, and the class costs $50.
