FC Outreach partners with NWF Health as the New Child Welfare Case Management Agency for Escambia County.

PENSACOLA, Fla. — FC Outreach announced today that it has partnered with NWF Health to serve as the new Child Welfare Case Management Agency for Escambia County, Florida, marking a significant expansion of the organization's mission to strengthen individuals to build healthy families. FC Outreach has been serving Northwest Florida families through community-based child welfare services and family preservation programs since its founding in 2023.

As the designated case management provider, FC Outreach will work closely with children, families, foster parents, community partners, and the broader child welfare system to provide comprehensive case management services focused on child safety, family stability, family reunification, and positive long-term outcomes for children.

"This opportunity represents a tremendous responsibility and an important milestone in the service array provided by FC Outreach, to service recipients in Escambia County" said Dr. Bradley Lord, Executive Director of FC Outreach. "Our team is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality services that support children and families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. FC Outreach currently serves families throughout Northwest Florida through a variety of prevention and family support programs designed to strengthen families and reduce the need for out-of-home care whenever safely possible. FC Outreach's mission is to strengthen individuals to build healthy families through professional, community-based, Christ centered services.

The transition to FC Outreach as Escambia County's child welfare case management agency will focus on maintaining continuity of care for children and families while enhancing service delivery, strengthening community partnerships, and expanding support resources available to families involved in the child welfare system.

FC Outreach will work alongside local stakeholders, judicial partners, service providers, caregivers, educators, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to create a coordinated system of care that promotes safety, permanency, and family well-being.
Additional information regarding transition timelines, service implementation, and community engagement opportunities will be shared as details become available.

FC Outreach's Executive Director, Dr. Bradley Lord, provided Trauma Training to foster parents at NWF Health Network's Super Saturday event in Pensacola, Florida today. FC Outreach is grateful for the opportunity to partner and serve with NWF Health and serve the foster families in circuit 1.

This past weekend FC Outreach had their quarterly meeting at Falling Waters State Park. FC Outreach has quarterly meetings with staff to recharge and prepare to serve others in circuit 1. Go FC Outreach team members! We are proud of the awesome work our team members do every day in circuit 1.

FC Outreach's very own Kelsi Adams achieved a milestone today. She is officially a Certified Resiliency Advocate through the Florida Certification Board. Kelsi had to complete on job training and complete additional education to earn her certification as a Certified Resiliency Advocate. The Certified Resiliency Advocate (CRA) credential demonstrates advanced competency in the skills and knowledge necessary to help service recipients build resiliency and thrive. The CRA actively incorporates resiliency strategies and techniques as they interact with service recipients to build resiliency and thrive despite their life challenges. FC Outreach participated in the National Child Protection Faith Summit in Washington D.C. Taran Howell, President of the Board of Directors, was in attendance. Our very own Rick Hazelip, Outreach Pastor, and Bradley Lord, Executive Director, participated in the event and participated on discussion panels. We would like to thank NWF Health and others for giving us a voice at this event. We can't wait for the next event.

Another parenting class completed. Great beginnings for all the families that graduated. FC Outreach and First City Church get to support those involved in the foster care system in the name of Jesus. He is the way maker. Congrats to all that graduated.

Everyone meet Zee Hunter. She is the newest member of our Family Assistance Support Team (FAST) team. Zee is a Support Coordinator for Escambia County, and FC Outreach is excited about the work she will do serving and encouraging families in Escambia County. FC Outreach is glad that Zee is part of our team. Everyone please give Zee a warm welcome to FC Outreach. We know she is going to do great things for the community.
