After filing a lawsuit against the City of Roswell for violating its right to share free meals as part of its political demonstrations, Food not bombs Roswell nm (FNBR) is now allowed to return to Pioneer Plaza without a permit. FNBR and the City of Roswell reached an agreement last week. They agreed that the Plaza is a "traditional public forum," meaning it carries some of the strongest free speech and public assembly protections under the law.
