The Arc Gateway The Arc Gateway provides services and support to children and adults with developmental disabilities The Arc Gateway serves more than 1,200 children and adults.

Programs range from early intervention services, pediatric therapy and child care to retirement programs for senior citizens. Day programs include basic academic classes and work opportunities at The Arc Gateway and throughout the community. Residential programs include six group homes in the community and support for individuals living in their own homes.

IMPORTANT CLOSURE UPDATE

Due to the continued impact of the recent storm, The Arc Gateway's offices and programs will remain CLOSED October 12–16, with the exception of our 24/7 programs.

We anticipate resuming normal operations on Monday, October 19.

The safety of the individuals we serve, our staff, and our community remains our top priority.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as our community recovers.

Due to the continued impact of the recent storm, The Arc Gateway's offices and programs will remain CLOSED on Tuesday, October 13, with the exception of our 24/7 programs.

We plan to reopen on Wednesday, October 14, and resume normal operations.
The safety of the individuals we serve, our staff, and our community remains our top priority.

Unfortunately, due to the impending storm and expected weather conditions, our Sea No Limits event has been canceled. This is not the outcome we'd hoped, but the safety of everyone involved must come first. Thanks everyone for your understanding and for the incredible support you have shown!!

Starting Monday, October 12th, participants can still come pick up their free fishing rod and reel and their free Sea No Limits T-Shirt at our offices!! We are open (at 3932 N 10th Ave, in the blue building) from Mon-Fri 8-4! Please keep in mind that these items are only for the participants, not for family members, friends, caregivers, or volunteers.

Though we can't go fishing this Saturday, we still want to thank the sponsors, vendors, and volunteers for their generous support!! We are incredibly grateful for your commitment to The Arc Gateway and the individuals we serve!!!

Sorry we won't get to spend Saturday fishing with you! Please stay safe during the upcoming weather!!

We've officially reached our Registration Capacity for Sea No Limits!!! Which is super awesome!!! Thank you everyone so much for signing up!!!

We are closely watching the weather forecast for Saturday! At this time, please continue to plan to join us as scheduled! Because this is an outdoor event, we will continue monitoring conditions throughout the week, and if weather requires changes, we will communicate those updates directly to registered participants and families, so please keep an eye on your email!!

Pictures from our Art Exhibition last night!!!

Guests got to browse and admire our South Santa Rosa participants' beautiful creations they made through Art Therapy sessions!! We got to present Anne-Marie and Patty with their awards they won this past Annual Meeting!! (Patty's was even presented by her daughter, Jessica!!!) And there was also a fun scavenger hunt!!

Thank you to Patty for being a long-time amazing supporter of The Arc Gateway!! And thank you Anne-Marie for always bringing such heart and care when you visit our center!!

Happy National Disability Employment Awareness Month!! We're always so excited to celebrate our clients training for, landing, and working jobs, and in turn growing in their independence, financial stability, and community engagement!!

A big shout out to our Employment Services program and our Community Based Employment program here at The Arc Gateway for facilitating these opportunities!!! We hope to continue to foster a community that values the contributions of Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and celebrates their talents in the workplace!!

We'd love for our community to come support our clients at our South Santa Rosa Center this Thursday evening!!!

Participants created artwork through Art Therapy sessions with Anne-Marie Collins of Madewell Art Studio, LLC and are now ready to put them on display!!

Come drop by and support The Arc Gateway South Santa Rosa Program's Art Exhibition October 1st, 5-6 PM!! Light refreshments will be provided! We'll see ya there!!
