DEAR VILLAGERS—GO TELL IT📣📣📣📣

The Village Hands is a small, wholly Volunteer run children’s charity that offers help to families in underserved pockets in and around Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.

You must apply online, where your application is assessed for any one of our services:

✅Safe Kids Pensacola Car seat program
✅Custodial Grandparents Raising their grandkids
✅Emergency Formula—Bridging The Gap to WIC
✅Single Mom’s Educational Scholarship
✅Koof’s Kare Hygiene Program

We serve our clients bi-monthly on Saturdays out of our storage space, primarily distributing gently loved clothing, shoes, and occasionally other large items, when available and provided by generous donors in this community

As well, on our Saturday Storage, we distribute diapers and wipes and hygiene products as available.

We look forward to helping families with a need.

Serving 17 heads of household with a combined total of 57 children, distributing: 192 diapers, 1,100 sheets of wipes, 45 packs of underwear and socks, hygiene bags, school supplies, pastries and breads, and more.

ITS RECOGNITION SUNDAY!

Special SHOUT OUT to a few people for helping to make TVH underwear and socks event a day!

✅Robert Williams for designing the TVH bags and T-Shirts, which makes each volunteer a walking informational tool with a QR Code built on the back of the T-shirt. Dope move, and we are grateful!

✅Eunicia Giuchici for using her popcorn machine to make popcorn for the families. Last year we had the machine on site, but fear for rain did not stop Eunicia from pre-making the snack. Like last year, with or without the machine, the popcorn was a hit! Thanks also, bringing Zoe and Sam to volunteer, adding four extra hands to help make the day go smoothly!!
