Pace Center for Girls, Escambia / Santa Rosa Pace provides girls an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, and training.

Pace is a nonprofit organization that has served more than 40,000 girls since 1985. We believe all girls, regardless of their story, deserve a safe and supportive space where they can become strong, compassionate, and successful women. Pace combines education, counseling, and life skills coaching for girls in middle and high school at no cost. Our year-round academics and mental health supports work hand-in-hand to achieve a holistic and comprehensive path to success. The Pace Reach Program provides therapy where you are, offering social, emotional, and behavioral health and case management services for girls ages 11-17 and their families at no cost. Reach helps girls build relationships, learn communication skills, build positive coping skills, improve grades and more from the comfort of familiar places

Pace Center for Girls receives support from the State of Florida, Department of Juvenile Justice.

A big thank you to the Kiwanis Club of Big Lagoon Pensacola for their continued generosity and support of Pace girls! This Tuesday, our Executive Director, Kristin, had the pleasure of accepting a donation from this incredible community partner!
This year marks 7 years of support for Pace girls, and we are so grateful for their ongoing commitment to believing in girls and helping them build bright futures! ✨

❤️ Big Skills, BIG Impact! ❤️
Yesterday, our Pace girls learned lifesaving skills during a hands-on CPR class! From building confidence to learning how to respond in an emergency, our girls gained valuable knowledge they can carry with them long after today's lesson.

📢 CENTER REOPENING UPDATE! ❤️

We’re happy to share that power has been restored, and Pace Center for Girls, Escambia Santa Rosa will REOPEN tomorrow, Thursday, October 15th, for normal operations!

We’re excited to welcome our girls back to the center and hope everyone stayed safe through Hurricane Isaias and its aftermath.

We look forward to seeing our girls tomorrow! 💕

📢 CENTER CLOSURE UPDATE 10/13:

Due to continued power outages and cleanup efforts following Hurricane Isaias, Pace Center for Girls, Escambia Santa Rosa will remain CLOSED on Wednesday, October 14th.

We are hopeful that we can resume normal operations on Thursday, October 15th, and will provide further updates to families via SchoolMessenger and here on our page.

We hope everyone continues to stay safe and healthy! ❤️

Today, we’re celebrating girls everywhere and the incredible things they can accomplish when they have the support, opportunities, and people cheering them on. And here at Pace, we get to see that potential in action every single day!
At Pace Center for Girls, we believe every girl deserves the chance to discover her strengths, dream BIG, and build a future she’s excited about. From catching up academically and exploring careers to developing confidence, discovering new talents, and preparing for life beyond Pace, our girls are constantly showing us what’s possible!
Today and every day, we’re proud to celebrate our Pace girls and the bright futures they’re creating. 💜

💚 World Mental Health Day | October 10 💚
At Pace, we know that supporting girls means caring for the whole girl. That includes their mental and emotional well-being.

Through our mental health services, Pace girls have access to caring professionals who provide a safe space to talk, process challenges, build healthy coping skills, and develop the confidence to navigate life’s ups and downs.

Our REACH program also provides therapy with licensed mental health professionals for girls who may not need our academic day program but still need support on their journey.

Because sometimes, being there means listening. Sometimes it means helping a girl find the right tools to cope. And sometimes, it simply means reminding her that she does not have to face it all alone.

This World Mental Health Day, we’re celebrating the importance of making mental health a priority and creating spaces where girls feel seen, heard, supported, and believed in.

Because when we believe in girls, we believe in the whole girl.!✨
