Join us on Tuesday, June 11 for a free Summer Housing & Eviction Clinic in Model City, Miami, focused on empowering tenants and protecting housing stability.

Caribbean Bar Association members will be on-site alongside Miami-Dade’s Office of Housing Advocacy and community partners to discuss the eviction process, tenants’ rights, and available assistance programs, followed by one-on-one legal consultation opportunities.

Today, the Caribbean Bar Association partnered with Archer Hall for a timely CLE, ‘Truth or Tech – Navigating AI‑Generated Evidence in the Courtroom.’

We explored how AI‑generated photos, videos, documents, and autonomous AI agents are reshaping evidentiary standards, expert testimony, and trial strategy for practitioners across Florida and the Caribbean diaspora.

Thank you to our presenter, Brian Chase of ArcherHall, for breaking down emerging AI threats, proposed evidentiary frameworks, and practical tools lawyers can use to authenticate digital evidence and protect clients in an evolving legal landscape. Congratulations to the newly installed board, this year’s scholarship recipients, and all of the incredible awardees for their leadership and service to our community.
