As we come to the end of EPIC’s fiscal year, we wrapped up the 2025-2026 school year, celebrating the opportunities created when communities come together to invest in the next generation. 🎓

Over the past three years, EPIC has sponsored students from Pines Charter West to attend Junior Achievement’s BizTown, providing exposure to real-world experiences that help shape future goals and aspirations. 💼🚀

This year, we sent another 220+ students to participate.

EPIC Founder AJ Donaldson spoke with Principal Michael Castellano, who shared that opportunities like these are about more than a single experience—they’re about expanding perspectives, building confidence, and helping students see what’s possible for their future. 🤝✨

In continued honor of our late friend Kenard, a beloved husband, educator, coach, and community impactor, EPIC is proud to award two additional Kenard M. Stevens Legacy Scholarships to Adrian Simmons and Eduardo Maradiaga Jr. ⚡

Kenard’s wife, Diamond Howard-Stevens, alongside our community, has continued to raise awareness and support in his name, causing his legacy to continue to rise for future generations.

The KMS Legacy Scholarship continues to invest in students who are creating a positive impact through funds allocated to recognize of their hard work, character and achievements 🎓🏆

The EPIC Foundation is grateful to continue collaborating with the Stevens family to carry this legacy forward 🤝

This week, EPIC sponsored 220+ students from Pines Charter West to attend Junior Achievement’s BizTown experience 💼✨ This almost tripled the impact of the previous experience, in which 80+ students participated.

EPIC Founder AJ Donaldson spoke with Junior Achievement CEO Laurie Sallarulo to reflect on a collaboration that continues to create meaningful opportunities for students.

From classroom to career, both EPIC and JA are committed to preparing students for what’s next through exposure, experience, and encouragement🚀

Thank you to Principal Michael Castellano and Laurie Sallarulo for continuing to believe in what’s possible when organizations come together to invest in students🙌

How did a business meeting turn into something more? 🤔

Last month, EPIC Founder AJ Donaldson had the opportunity to hand-deliver a $1,000 check to The Crockett Foundation in support of 🤝 mentorship programs for 10 students.

Mr. Donaldson met with Henry Crockett to deliver the check and be present in the building with the students.

The energy of that check delivery showed up in the students: talking, laughing, waving… real moments that remind us who this is all for and the impact we’re continuing to build💪

Gifts like this 🚀 expand what’s possible for the next generation.

Impact doesn’t happen by accident⚡ It’s built through intention, alignment, and the right systems behind it.

The EPIC Foundation has always been rooted in creating access, opening doors for students through 💸scholarships, 🤝mentorship, and 🎓career pathways.

Epic Results expands that vision by focusing on sustainability, helping create the 🏗️structure and 🔗partnerships that allow that access to continue growing over time.

Together, this is about moving beyond one-time moments and into long-term impact that is consistent, measurable, and built to last.

Access is built through alignment✳️

Thanks to NIBA Sponsorship Chair, Andrea Cataneo, EPIC was invited to the National Investment Banking Association (NIBA) conference as the featured nonprofit organization.

More than visibility, this is about what happens next!♟️⚙️

In a room designed for capital and growth, Epic Results continues to position itself where opportunity turns into long-term impact. ⚡

Through a joint effort between The EPIC Foundation, Hope United, and Epic Results Enterprises, 220+ students at Pembroke Pines Charter School were provided access to Junior Achievement, creating opportunities for exposure to future pathways 📈🎓

This past Easter Sunday, that impact was shared on stage alongside a special video message of appreciation from Principal Castellano, recognizing the collective effort behind this initiative 🙌

We are grateful to Pastor Joshua Swilley, Pastor Keren Swilley, and their church community for the opportunity to share this story and highlight what is possible through alignment and collaboration 🤝

“This is what it looks like…” said Founder, A.J. Donaldson, when collaboration leads to lasting impact 💚🚀

It has been 12 years of turning vision into real impact, and impact into real results 💥

To those who give, support, and collaborate, thank you for being a part of this journey. Your belief and commitment are what allow EPIC to continue growing and providing access to more students each year 🤝

Here’s to what’s ahead. We’re just getting started. 💚🚀

The right rooms don’t just create visibility, they create opportunity. 🤝

EPIC Founder AJ Donaldson co-emceed the National Investment Banking Association (NIBA) conference, where EPIC was featured as the guest nonprofit organization.

Through a growing relationship with NIBA Chairwoman Andrea Cataneo, this moment positioned both the EPIC Foundation and Epic Results at the intersection of capital, partnership, and long-term impact.💥

Alongside this, Epic Results partners were represented on stage, including Bay to Bay Resinous Coating & Waterproofing and presenting sponsor Jeff Pitts, highlighting what it looks like when business growth and mission 🧩 align.

From private equity to family offices, this wasn’t just networking; it was the kind of ⚡ strategic connection that drives sustainable outcomes.

This is the role of Epic Results: Creating alignment between opportunity, investment, and impact so that what starts in the room continues far beyond it 🚀

The real impact is best heard from those leading the next generation. 🎓

Principal Castellano shares how collaboration and opportunity are shaping what’s possible for his students. 🤝✨
