The most dangerous lie isn’t always the one you tell other people. Sometimes, it’s the one you keep telling yourself.

“I’m fine.”
“I’ve got it.”
“It’s handled.”
“I’ll deal with it later.”
But humility starts with honesty. God isn’t asking men to pretend they’re okay. He’s inviting them to bring the real thing to Him.
