👑🐾 Happy National Mascot Day! 🐾👑

Every organization needs a mascot, and here at Hearts of Love Cat Rescue, we are proud to introduce our unofficial official mascot, ruler, supervisor, and Queen... Rudy! 😻💖

At 10 years young, Rudy has spent years perfecting her royal duties, which include:
👑 Inspecting the rescue
👑 Supervising volunteers
👑 Demanding attention (when she feels like it)
👑 Being first in line for a freshly filled water bowl
👑 Reminding everyone that she is, in fact, the queen

Rudy may be a little sassy, a little opinionated, and a lot fabulous, but that's exactly why we love her. She's a rescue favorite and a constant reminder that every cat has their own unique personality. 💕

Today we're celebrating the cat who has claimed the title of Queen of Hearts and wears it proudly every single day. Long live Queen Rudy! 👑🐱

A huge thank you to everyone who attended the Spring Into Summer Festival today! We had a wonderful time meeting so many people, talking about rescue, and spending the day with our amazing community.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to everyone who participated in our Montauk Getaway Raffle. Your support helped us raise much-needed funds for the kittens currently in our care. 🍼🐱💖

Unfortunately, the need never stops. Every day we receive calls about homeless cats and kittens, pregnant moms, medical cases, and hoarding situations that need help. While we wish we could say yes to every animal, our ability to help is often limited by one thing: space.

That's where fosters make all the difference. 🏡🐾
