At this time of year, many parents are preparing to send their kids off to Summer Camps and other youth-serving organizations, or to find childcare. In light of these facts, Enough Abuse will be sharing To Prevent Child Sexual Abuse over the next few weeks.

The first step to protecting your children is to understand what constitutes child sexual abuse. Child sexual abuse includes any sexual contact between an adult and a child or a teen. It can also include sexual contact between children when one child is more powerful than the other because of age, size, or intellectual development. Child sexual abuse can include both touching and non-touching acts. Both are damaging to children and teens and are against the law.
