Come Join the Caftan Cowpokes Crew! 🤠
Caftan Cowpokes is almost here — and we’d love to have you on the team!

Palm Springs Hot Rodeo’s Annual BBQ Fundraiser is happening Friday, October 17 at 6 PM at our new Movie Colony location, and we’re getting ready for a great evening of tri-tip BBQ, live music, our Rodeo Royalty competition, a silent auction, and plenty of rodeo family fun.

Now we just need a few more helping hands to bring it all together!

Whether you can give us an hour, a few hours, or help behind the scenes, we’d love to have you join the Cowpokes crew. It’s a fun way to get involved, meet some great people, and help support Palm Springs Hot Rodeo.

Here’s where we could use some help:

• Set-Up — beginning at 10 AM
Help us get the venue ready for the big night.

• Silent Auction Set-Up — before doors open
Help organize and display our auction items.

• Guest Check-In
Be one of the friendly faces welcoming everyone to Cowpokes!

• Kitchen Help — 3–7 PM
We need two more helping hands to join Sylvia and the kitchen crew.

• Bartenders — 6–7:30 PM
Two volunteers needed.

• Bartenders — 7:30–9:30 PM
Two volunteers needed.

• Cleanup — 9:30–10:30 PM
Many hands make light work — the more, the merrier!

And we want to say THANK YOU!
Everyone who volunteers will receive a free dinner at Caftan Cowpokes PLUS a complimentary Sunday-only ticket to next year’s Palm Springs Hot Rodeo!

Ready to join us?

Email [email protected] with your name, email address, cell phone number, and the shift(s) you’d like to help with.

Come lend a hand, have some fun, and be part of the wonderful group of people who make Palm Springs Hot Rodeo happen.

We’d love to have you in our Rodeo family! 🤠

Howdy! Cowboys and cowgirls from Palm Springs Hot Rodeo will be on hand this coming Friday (18th September) at a B**r Bust 7-10pm at the Tool Shed in Palm Springs (600 Sunny Dunes Road). This fun event takes place the third Friday of every month as a fundraising event hosted by cowboys & cowgirls who produce and actually compete in Palm Springs Hot Rodeo.
Folks who like to enjoy a cold b**r on a hot summer night can purchase a red cup at the door for $5 which is a donation to Palm Springs Hot Rodeo. Every time you fill the cup, the cost to you is $1. Your bartender can tell you which b**rs are featured at each B**r Bust. Now if b**r isn’t your thing, don’t despair. We’re happy to accept cash donations, too. Sure – and in any amount! Have a wrinkled & dirty dollar bill in your wallet? That works. Spare change in your pocket does, too. It all contributes to the success Palm Springs Hot Rodeo has every year producing what arguably is the biggest and best gay rodeo in California! Other features include meet & greet, prize and/or cash raffles, even photo ops!
Come join the gang on Friday. There’s fun in your future. Even cooler temps and considerably less humidity. All that and more just for you! Yee-haw!! 🤠
