Who we are: Little Smiles helps kids be kids during difficult times by granting wishes and hosting fun activities for children in southeast Florida who are battling severe illness, homelessness, and tragedy. The daily routine of a child who has been hospitalized typically consists of ongoing medication regimens, needles, various medical treatments, and countless hours spent, sometimes alone, in a

hospital room. Children in area shelters and group homes also often feel out of place and under pressure, having left their neighborhood friends and oftentimes most treasured items behind. This is why Little Smiles has established an online database that allows nurses and other caring professionals to make requests specific to a child’s needs to get them smiling again. In addition to fulfilling individual wishes, there are Snack Food Runs, monthly movie night parties, themed holiday events, pizza parties, and more! Oscar is on the move 🐾 💙

Our Chief Smiles Officer made a special visit to HCA Florida Palms West Hospital, bringing a little extra joy to patients, families, and staff.

Oscar may be new to the Little Smiles family, but he’s already doing what he was made to do: showing up with comfort, fun, and BIG smiles when they’re needed most.

What began as a car accident turned into a fight for Kale's life.

While Kale was on life support and undergoing brain surgery, Little Smiles stepped in with care packages, decorations, comfort, and compassion when his family needed it most.

POP WITH A COP 🍦👮☀️

Summer is all about fun, connection, and making memories...and Little Smiles' Pop with a Cop event does exactly that.

Kids had the chance to enjoy ice cream, meet local law enforcement officers, ask questions, and build positive relationships with the people who serve our community.

When West Palm Beach Police officers learned about Lens Noel's story, they knew he deserved to be recognized.

After losing both of his parents over the last decade, Lens remained focused on his future. He graduated from high school, balanced multiple jobs, all while preparing for college.

Through Project S.M.I.L.E.™ (Special Moments Impacting Lives Every Day), Little Smiles partners with local law enforcement agencies to identify children and young adults facing difficult circumstances and provide support when it's needed most.

Stories like this remind us what can happen when a community comes together to lift up a young person who refuses to quit.

On National Smile Day, we're celebrating the moments that matter most... the smiles shared by children facing some of life's toughest challenges.

Former MLB players Logan Morrison and Rick Ankiel brought their competitive spirit to the field to help raise funds for Little Smiles, proving that the biggest win wasn't on the scoreboard.

It was the joy they helped create for kids and families who needed it most.
