PGA REACH is the 501(c)(3) charitable foundation of the PGA of America and headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. golf. PGA REACH pursues this mission daily with three core pillars: 1.) Diversity and Inclusion. Each of PGA REACH’s three pillars also involve a flagship program. These programs consist of PGA Junior League Golf, PGA HOPE and PGA WORKS. PGA Junior League Golf is for girls and boys ages 13 and under and serves as a team-based introduction to golf. PGA JLG is produced in a relaxed atmosphere where friends play in a scramble format while wearing jerseys. PGA HOPE is a rehabilitative program designed to introduce golf to Veterans with disabilities in order to enhance their physical, mental, social and emotional well-being. HOPE is an acronym for Helping Our Patriots Everywhere. PGA WORKS aspires to be the most valuable internship opportunity for individuals from diverse backgrounds to garner experience in all facets of the golf industry. This platform aims to produce quality talent which will ascend in leadership positions throughout the industry for years to come. PGA REACH Trustees are an advisory group that assist with strategy, fundraising, and overall program support at the national level. These women and men are a diverse set of individuals who share a mutual passion for the PGA REACH mission, and help steer overall foundation direction while serving as ambassadors on multiple levels.
