💙🤍I would like to express my gratitude to all the women who attended our May 2, 2026 Women United for Autism Luncheon and Fashion Show at the Hilton West Palm Beach.
I hope each one of you felt welcome because we truly appreciate your attendance. I want to extend a special thank you to those women who showed up and showed out to support our mothers of children diagnosed with autism. Thank you Bettye Knighton for covering the mothers in prayer during the invocation and to the professional models who volunteer each year to support these amazing moms; Marjorie, Brianna, Arlene, Leah and Wendy and the registration team, who drove all the way from north Florida, Eleanore, and Sheree, Abbie, Sylvia for your hard work packaging all the gifts the night before, our DJ Troy McCray and his team and my amazing assistant Pamela Duke. To Tommy Bahama and all of our sponsors, we could not have done it without you. And last but not least WPTV News Channel 5/Fox 29 WFLX News ANCHOR Tania Roger’s, who emcee our event each year. 💙🤍As the CEO of Women United for Autism, my goal is to make sure mothers of individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder not only have access to resources for their son or daughter, but to make sure moms have an opportunity to receive information on women’s health. Self-care is so important. We are usually so busy caring for our children, that we don’t have time to care for ourself. That’s a mother’s love. Women United for Autism will continue to invite doctors to attend our events and speak on various topics related to women’s health.

I want each of you to continue to be resilient, and don’t forget the vision and goals you had for yourself before you started on this journey. Know that you deserve so much more. I want moms of individuals diagnosed with autism to reach out to Women United for Autism if you need direction in starting a small business you’ve always wanted to start, or forming a
501 c-3 nonprofit organization. We have hosted free workshops in the past and we will continue to in the future. If you are interested in our free workshops please reach out to our agency.
These complimentary workshops are only for mothers of individuals diagnosed with autism “only”.

I’m hoping each of you will have a great summer and we look forward to seeing you at our Christmas Brunch in December at Cooper’s Hawk in Palm Beach Gardens and/or our May 2027 fashion show and luncheon at the Hilton in West Palm Beach. If you’ve never received one of our complimentary tickets to attend either event, because of a financial hardship, just let us know far in advance and we would be happy to cover your cost.
