The LA Bulls is proud to announce the launch of our inaugural LA Bulls Player Educational Workshop — a player-led initiative created, hosted, and mentored by one of our very own LA Bulls DPL players, Lia Oster! 💪

This workshop was designed to support female players who are currently navigating — or will soon navigate — the challenges of college recruitment, academics, athletics, time management, leadership, and balancing the demands of being a student-athlete. Beyond supporting our players, this initiative also reflects what we value most at LA Bulls — leadership, mentorship, accountability, and empowering our athletes beyond soccer. 💡

We hope Lia's leadership inspires other players who may want to create and lead workshops of their own in the future.🤘

JR. Bulls is designed for U4–U10 soccer stars and is open to all levels — whether your child has never kicked a soccer ball before or simply isn’t ready yet to commit to a full club schedule.⁣
⁣
Our goal is to help players grow in a positive environment while developing confidence, skills, and a love for the game.⁣
⁣
We also offer a Pre-Club Division for U7–U10 players looking for extra preparation before joining one of our competitive teams and getting ready for December tryouts.

We’re highlighting an amazing partnership between the LA Bulls & Her Story Mentorship focused on supporting the mental health & emotional well-being of teen girls. 💜

During a practice in April, participants took part in the Digital Wellness Workshop, an experience designed to help teens build healthier relationships with social media, use screen time more intentionally, and better understand the impact digital spaces can have on their mental wellness.🧠

More than just a conversation about social media safety, the workshop encouraged girls to reflect on their own stories, strengthen peer connections, and develop social-emotional skills that create lasting impact both on and off the pitch. ⚽️

Through meaningful discussion, community, and empowerment, this event created space for players to connect authentically, support one another, and prioritize their well-being. ✌🏽
