🌟 OUR WALL OF POSITIVITY! 🌟

Throughout the week, the children came up with their own positive affirmations—words of strength, confidence, courage, and hope. We added each one to our Wall of Positivity, creating a beautiful piece of art filled with their voices and inspiration. ❤️

It became something we could all look at throughout the week and remember: no matter what life throws at you, stay positive, believe in yourself, and keep moving forward! 💪🦿✨

🧸💙 A COPY CUB JUST LIKE THEM!

Today, every child received a Copy Cub—a stuffed animal with a prosthesis on the same side and limb as theirs! Their faces lit up when they saw their new friends were just like them. 🥹

A huge thank-you to Chris for creating the 3-D-printed prostheses and to our incredible student ambassadors for assembling the Copy Cubs!

They proudly hugged and showed off their new friends. And the best part? Tomorrow, it’s their turn! ❤️🦿

Today, their Copy Cubs received prostheses… tomorrow, these incredible kids receive the real thing! 🌟

One of the most important things we can show these kids is that with their prostheses, the possibilities are endless! ⚽🏃‍♀️🏏🏀 Whether it’s sports, activities, or chasing a dream, they can participate, compete, excel, and do anything they set their minds to.

Assembly Day is DONE, and just look at this lineup — 40 brand-new prostheses ready for some incredible kids! 🦿❤️🇱🇰

The team is exhausted, proud, and SO PUMPED because TOMORROW IS DELIVERY DAY!!! 🎉🙌

This is the moment we’ve been working toward all week. Tomorrow, these prostheses become so much more than what you see here — they become new steps, new possibilities, and BIG smiles!

🏏 Learning, Laughing & Playing Together! 🇱🇰

What a blast learning how to play cricket with all the kids! There were lots of laughs, plenty of cheering, and maybe a few questionable cricket skills from our team. 😂 The kids were great teachers, and we loved every minute of playing, learning, and just having fun together! ❤️🏏

A Flower Full of Confidence in Sri Lanka! 🌸🇱🇰❤️

In this special art project, each child created a flower with their name in the center and filled every petal with something they feel proud of about themselves. As they wrote, their heads held high and their confidence grew—one positive thought at a time. 🌟

These beautiful flowers are more than artwork. They are reminders of each child’s strengths, accomplishments, and unique qualities. Keeping the children optimistic and encouraging a positive mindset are important parts of our programming. We want every child to recognize their own potential, believe in themselves, and feel confident as they continue growing and learning. 💪🦿

Watch a Prosthetic Socket Come to Life! 🦿✨

This time-lapse video shows how we make a custom prosthetic socket—the part that fits around a person’s residual limb.

First, resin is poured into the mold and soaks through layers of strong fabric. In about 10 minutes, the materials harden and form a strong, custom-shaped shell. This socket is then connected to the other prosthetic parts to create the complete prosthesis.

Our technicians, Matt and Jacob, worked incredibly hard all day, laminating every single child’s socket and completing them all by the end of the day. Their dedication and craftsmanship helped make sure each child received a carefully made socket designed to fit them personally. 💪❤️
