🎭 CAST SPOTLIGHT: KATJA HILL 🎭

As Beth in DelVal Divas, Katja Hill brought heart, humor, and unexpected depth to every scene she touched.

When asked what this show meant to her, Katja’s answer was simple:

❤️ “A chance to try again.”

Sometimes the most powerful stories aren’t the loudest ones.

One of Katja’s favorite moments from the production came backstage when castmate Joanie (Belcher) stopped to pray over her and ask the Lord to ease her coughing.

“It worked.”

She also fondly remembers the cast’s unforgettable “street team” adventure, when the DelVal Divas took to downtown Oxford in their hot pink prison scrubs, handing out flyers, posing for photos, and turning heads all over town in an effort to help fill the house.

When asked what she enjoyed most about playing Beth, Katja answered:

✨ “The gift of surprise.”

And what did Beth teach her?

💜 “Take care of each other.”

Finally, when asked to describe her DelVal Divas experience in one word, Katja’s answer was:

This week, we had the pleasure of featuring Kennedy Sanstrom as our GLT Showcase Actor of the Week, celebrating her contributions to the stage and our theatre family.

Hey y'all! 💜 What a season it was! We’re taking a look back at the incredible All-Stars of our DelVal Divas crew, starting with the fabulous Kennedy Sanstrom! 🎭

🎭 CAST SPOTLIGHT: KENNEDY SANSTROM 🎭

After several years away from the stage, Kennedy returned to theater through DelVal Divas and reminded all of us what it means to follow a passion that never truly leaves your heart.

As Rosemary, Kennedy brought humor, heart, confidence, and just the right amount of dramatic flair to every performance. Her portrayal was unforgettable, and her presence@ made our cast stronger both on and off the stage.

When asked what DelVal Divas meant to her, Kennedy shared:

💜 “This show brought me back to the stage after several years away and reminded me how much I love performing. It gave me confidence, friendships, and a chance to reconnect with a part of myself I had missed.”

What a phenomenal run for DelVal Divas! 💖🎭

This production was filled with laughter, heart, chaos, talent, teamwork, and the kind of energy that reminds us exactly why community theater matters so much. Every single person involved poured themselves into this show, and it absolutely shined on stage.

To our incredible cast:
Thank you for bringing these bold, hilarious, complicated women to life with such passion and commitment. Your chemistry, timing, vulnerability, and trust in one another made this production unforgettable. Watching these characters evolve from first rehearsal to final curtain has been such a joy.

To the directors and producers:
Thank you for your vision, leadership, patience, creativity, and countless unseen hours behind the scenes. Productions like this do not happen by accident. They happen because dedicated people care deeply and work tirelessly to make theater magic happen.

To the crew, tech team, set builders, prop masters, costume helpers, backstage runners, and every volunteer who touched this production:
You are the heartbeat of live theater. Thank you for the long nights, problem solving, flexibility, and love you gave to this show.

These five women may have been convicted of white collar crimes, but they are absolutely innocent of being boring. Expect chaos, comedy, sharp tongues, big personalities, and enough drama to earn everyone a longer sentence. 😂

You've been asking "what is GLTs next production"?

Well, we have that answer for you! BUT! We need your help.

We need 6 talented ladies to tell the story of Stella Wild, MBA; Rosemary Adams, JD/MBA; Linda Robertson, MD, PhD; and Beth Ziegler, MBA. They all have some things in common. Besides being educated, successful, professional women, they also share the same address. It isn’t a swanky high rise apartment building or a beachfront condo – they reside at the Delaware Valley Federal Correctional Facility, a low-level security prison for white- and “pink-” collar criminals.
