Notice anything different about Cty Hwy 48? That's because these Oneonta Rotarians were out in force this past Saturday cleaning up all of the "presents" winter and (people) left behind. Eleven large trash bags later and the highway is ready for Spring! As part of the Adopt-A-Highway program, the club, led by coordinator Scott Davis cares for this section of highway twice a year in the fall and in the spring.
