We are a group of local women who are interested in supporting our local community in Omaha, NE and the surrounding area.

We are a group of local women who are interested in supporting our local community in Omaha, NE. We come from all walks of life and different financial backgrounds. As individuals we felt that it was difficult to make an impact, but as a group we have the ability to contribute to the growth of our community in ways that we never before thought possible by combining our money.

We had our Q3 check presentation last night to Grandpa's Pocket Inc.

Omaha's free pumpkin drop-off is back! Two spots, both free, both open 24/7 from November 1-15.

Omaha:
Dundee Bank - Omaha, 5015 Underwood Ave. Look for the big roll-off in the back parking lot. These pumpkins head to a pasture-raised pig farm near McClelland, Iowa.

Papillion:
NeighborGood Community Pantry, 1712 Charleston Dr. The container is right outside the pantry. These get composted at Soil Dynamics and come back as soil for local yards and gardens.

Before you drop off, pull out the candles, stickers and any plastic. Painted or glittered pumpkins can’t come along.

Huge thanks to Dundee Bank and NeighborGood Community Pantry for hosting again. Save this for November 1, and share it with your neighborhood group so their pumpkins get a second life too.

We meet just four times a year, hear about amazing local charities, and combine our donations to make a meaningful difference right here in our community.

One question we get a lot is: How do you choose the charities?

Our members nominate local organizations, and each charity must meet specific criteria before being considered. That helps us make sure our collective giving stays focused on supporting the greater Omaha community.
