💛 Look what we accomplished together!

At our recent 100 Women Who Care Omaha gathering, we proudly presented a $7,360 check to Unite NE 450, our 1st Quarter recipient.

Because of the generosity of our members, this donation will help support their mission and expand the meaningful work they are doing right here in our state.

Every dollar given represents women showing up, caring deeply, and making a difference together.

Thank you to every member who continues to make this impact possible! This is what collective giving is all about.

Today was one of those moments I will never forget 💙

I had the honor of receiving a check from 100 Women Who Care Omaha and I am still in awe. Over $10,000 has already been donated to Unite Nebraska 450.

Let that sink in.

This is what happens when women come together with purpose 💥 This is what real impact looks like.

Because of YOU, this mission just became even more real.

As many of you know, I will be walking 450 miles across Nebraska September 12 through 26 from Scottsbluff to Omaha 🚶‍♀️

This journey is about more than the miles. It is about supporting women facing hardship, female veterans, and empowering young girls 💙

But it is also about honoring the women who make a difference every single day.

Every 10 miles, I will dedicate that stretch of the walk to an impactful woman in Nebraska.

So I need your help 🙌

Who should I walk for
Who has a story that deserves to be recognized
Who is making a difference that the world should see

Please send your nominations. I want to carry their names and their stories across this entire state 💫

If you feel called to be part of this mission, I would love your support.

Donate here: unitene450.org 💻

We are also looking for volunteers to help along the route, support the mission, and be part of something bigger 🤝

Saturday Spotlight: Restoring Dignity

At our most recent 100 Women Who Care Omaha meeting, we had the opportunity to learn about Restoring Dignity, a local nonprofit doing impactful work with Omaha’s refugee community.

Restoring Dignity works to meet the needs of refugees in Omaha through empowerment, education, and advocacy partnerships, helping families build safe and stable lives in their new communities.

Their programs include in-home education on home and fire safety, housing advocacy for families facing unsafe living conditions, and relief services such as home makeovers and essential household items for refugee families.

Since launching, they have served thousands of refugees in the Omaha area, helping families acclimate to life in the United States and thrive in their homes and neighborhoods.

If their mission resonates with you and you’d like to support their work, you can learn more or donate here:

Saturday Spotlight: CIRA, Center for Immigrant & Refugee Advancement

At our recent 100 Women Who Care Omaha meeting, we had the opportunity to learn about CIRA, an organization doing meaningful work in our community.

CIRA’s mission is to empower immigrants and refugees to live confidently through high-quality legal representation, refugee resettlement services, and social work support. Their team helps individuals and families navigate complex immigration systems, rebuild their lives, and become thriving members of our communities.

Formed through the merger of the Immigrant Legal Center and Refugee Empowerment Center, CIRA now serves immigrants and refugees across Nebraska with legal assistance, resettlement services, and holistic support.

We’re grateful we had the opportunity to learn more about the impact they’re making. If their mission speaks to you and you’d like to support their work, you can learn more or donate here:

Despite our name, 100 Women Who Care Omaha is not limited to 100 members!

Our goal is to gather 100+ women who care deeply about our community and want to make a meaningful impact together. The more women who participate, the greater our collective giving becomes — and the more local nonprofits we can support.

Each quarter, members come together, learn about local organizations, and vote to make a collective donation that creates real impact right here in Omaha.

If you’ve been curious about joining, we’d love to have you be part of the group!
