Our mission is to provide every class of athlete—regardless of age, ability, or background—the opportunity to compete on the local, region, and world stage to prove themselves among the best. Through collaboration, tradition, and excellence, we strive to grow the Highland Games and athletic championships worldwide, ensuring inclusivity and recognition for all athletes.

Supporting Our Novice Athletes

Every great thrower starts somewhere, and SAI is working to make that first step easier. We are raising $10,000 to support the novice class so new athletes can compete, learn the sport, and be recognized for their efforts along the way.

Your support will help fund judges for novice competitions and free clinics where new athletes can learn the events from experienced throwers. It will also help provide rewards that celebrate their progress and encourage them to keep coming back.

When we invest in newcomers, we grow the sport for everyone. Help us reach our $10,000 goal and welcome the next generation of Highland Games athletes.

Our black SAI logo beanie is ready for crisp fall days at the games and winter training sessions. It is a ribbed knit with a foldover cuff, and one size fits all.
