Terra is constantly uplifting clients and their employers by showing up with creative ideas and positive reinforcement every day. Bethany has made an incredible impact since joining the IE team in Clallam. Through her initiative, dedication, and passion for supporting students, she revived a project connecting graduating students to critical employment and support services. By building strong partnerships with local schools and guiding individuals through complex systems, Bethany has helped create new opportunities for students transitioning into adulthood.

Her commitment extends far beyond expectations, strengthening relationships throughout the community and helping more individuals access the support they need to succeed. We are grateful for the difference Bethany makes every day and proud to have her on the Morningside team!

Andrew Mercer played in the 2026 Seattle All Star Classic celebrity softball game on Saturday July 11th. The Seattle All-Star Classic was founded in 2021 with the mission to create transformative events that support and empower the community by bringing athletes, celebrities, local business owners and community leaders together to raise awareness and support the amazing work being done by local community organizations.

There were several sponsors in attendance and with representatives on each team. Special Olympics was one of these sponsors. They asked 2 local participants to represent them and play in this year's event. Our very own Andrew Mercer was one of the 2 selected!

Andrew played an excellent game, even hitting a home run for the team! After the game, fans lined up for autographs and pictures. It was a fantastic event and such a great way to support Andrew and Special Olympics. Way to go Andrew!
