Community is about showing up for one another, making space to connect, and celebrating the place we’re lucky to call home. That’s at the heart of everything we do at the Olympia Downtown Alliance.

As we wrap up Music in the Park 2026, our hearts are full. Looking back at photos of neighbors, families, and friends gathering downtown for free live music reminds us what this community is capable of when we come together.

It’s not every day you’ll find all of our Downtown Guides, Maintenance employee, Executive Director, and Project Manager all in the same room—we’re usually out on the streets dividing and conquering. We had to snap a picture to capture the moment!

That's a wrap on Music in the Park 2026! 🎶✨

We closed out the season at Port Plaza with unforgettable performances by Erina and Daring Greatly, and the energy was nothing short of magic. Seeing friends, families, and neighbors gather along the waterfront to celebrate live music is what makes Downtown Olympia so special.

It takes a true community effort to pull off a series like this. To our incredible sponsors, hard-working vendors, and everyone who spent their summer evenings with us: thank you for bringing the heart, the energy, and the love for local music. You made this season unforgettable.

Picture twinkling lights, the scent of hot cocoa wafting by, neighbors gathering downtown, and shoppers searching for the perfect handmade gift. That's the magic we're creating at the 2026 LoveOly Winterfest Maker's Market and we'd love for you to be part of it.

We're looking for talented local makers who create handmade holiday goods, artisan gifts, seasonal décor, candles, ceramics, woodworking, fiber arts, jewelry, specialty foods, and other thoughtfully crafted treasures. Our goal is to build a festive, inclusive market that celebrates the incredible creativity of our region, with a special focus on hyper-local makers and BIPOC-owned businesses.
