Can someone advise me on how to get the man who is feeding the ducks off the large island nightly to stop. I have attempted to talk to him from my deck however there were close to 100 ducks there last night and that is an over population and a clean water concern. He arrives at dusk with no lights on his boat. Has a dog and the ducks now know him and come in like crazy. I do not know what he is feeding them however bread is very bad for ducks and the bag he is throwing food out of is about a grocery size. The duck p**p is everywhere on our property as well as our neighbors. I have called the co and am waiting for a call back. Fish and Wildlife says it is a dept of health issue. I have nothing against ducks but this is creating an overpopulation and can cause algae. Any advice would be great.
