Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Strophy Foundation’s fourth annual Friday on the Course Golf Tournament on August 14 at Capitol City Golf Club!

More than 100 golfers, sponsors, volunteers and supporters came together for a fantastic day of golf, games, food, prizes and community—all while supporting an important cause.

Proceeds from Friday on the Course help the Strophy Foundation support Thurston County’s therapeutic court programs, including Veterans, Mental Health, Family Recovery, Safe Baby, and Drug/DUI courts. Your participation helps fill critical funding gaps and strengthens programs that make a meaningful difference for individuals and families in our community.

Thank you to our golfers, sponsors, volunteers and everyone who helped make this year’s tournament a success. We’re grateful to have you on our team!

Drug courts are an innovative and effective solution to addressing substance use within the criminal court system.

Instead of simply going to jail, the programs give people the opportunity to enter long-term treatment and receive case management services.

People who complete drug court programs are significantly less likely to be arrested again, compared to those who are sentenced with traditional punishments. The most successful drug courts reduce recidivism by as much as 35 to 40 percent.
