Have a beautiful day today 🌤️🪻

This is what it can look like when you finally heal and come out of your shell. Coming out of your shell takes a lot of mental effort, especially when you’re just healing. Healing from loss, from trauma, witnessing something, anything. Two years ago, I thought I would be in the darkness for a long time and I felt like I didn’t have the power to be better. I gave up until finally one day I decided that was going to change because I knew I wanted to be happy and I knew there was still so much to live for. Life is beautiful! 🧠🏋️

Here we go 👏 The start of a new school year, which means new adventures, new beginnings, new friendships.

It’s time to come out of your shell a little bit and try new things. School is only temporary, so you might as well find ways to enjoy it 🎺⛹🏻‍♀️

I wish you all a wonderful school year!

I understand this is a long video and understand if you do not want to watch fully so here’s a quick recap on what I discuss throughout the video and what parts to find it🧠:

- The reason why I haven’t posted (0:00-1:09)
- How taking care of yourself is important and how mental health changes that (1:09-2:56)
- Business struggles and how to help (2:56-3:30)
- Skincare routine morning and night (3:30-End)

The app I used to find my perfect skincare routine for my specific skin type is called Thea. Thea asks you some questions about your goals for your skin and a few other things before it scans your face, determines your skin type, tells you how long it will take to reach your goal, and gives you a layout of a skincare routine for your specific skin type. Make sure to take care of yourself!

Asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness.

It’s a sign of courage.

Whether you’re talking to a friend, family member, teacher, coach, or counselor, your voice matters.

You deserve support.
You deserve to be heard.
You deserve to heal.

You never have to face life’s challenges alone. 💙

Tag someone who reminds you that it’s okay to ask for help.

Read this slowly.

It’s okay to:
💛 Start over.
💛 Have hard days.
💛 Take a break.
💛 Ask for help.
💛 Not have everything figured out.

You are human—not a machine.

Be patient with yourself. Healing isn’t a race.

💙 Save this post for the days you need the reminder.

Sorry I haven’t posted for a few days! I’ve been starting to get busy😮‍💨

Update on Screen-Free Hour Challenge:

On Thursday, I spent an hour off my screens deep cleaning the house and yesterday I spent an hour preparing for my Sweet 16th Birthday Party that I had today which was a blast!

Keep up the good work of spending at least an hour off the screens doing something that makes you feel motivated or something good.

💬 What did you do for your hour off screens today?

I went thrifting with my mom for vacation/summer outfits and I found two dresses and one cute top. It’s time to start school shopping!!
