Sometimes the reason to smile isn’t something big.

Sometimes it’s a memory.
A voice you miss.
A favorite song.
A sunset.
A text from a friend.

Sometimes it’s simply making it through another day.

Whatever your reason is today - big or small - I hope you find it. 💜🩵

I know social media can make it look like everyone is doing fine.

They’re smiling in pictures.
Showing promotions.
Celebrating milestones.
Living life.

But behind those pictures are people carrying things you may never see.

The person who is grieving.
The person fighting depression.
The person who feels alone in a crowded room.
The person wondering if anyone would notice if they disappeared.

So today, let me remind you of something:

💜 You are worthy.
💜 You are valid.
💜 Your life has value.
💜 Your story matters.

And if nobody has told you lately…

I’m glad you exist.

Happy June everyone!🎗️💙 (Sorry the ribbon isn’t teal☹️)

June is Men’s Mental Health & PTSD Awareness Month. 💪

This month, we recognize the importance of mental well-being, raise awareness about PTSD, and encourage open conversations about the challenges so many people face every day.

Whether you’re living with trauma, supporting a loved one, or learning more about these issues, your voice and compassion can make a difference.

Let’s work together to replace stigma with understanding and silence with support.

(Stay tuned on the website for new merch coming soon!)
